Quality control is done carefully after every step, whenever the quality is accepted it come to next step. Firsly, we exam material such as wood, MDF, bamboo… Most of our products are made of MDF (Medium Density Fibrewood). MDF is imported from Malaysia & was well treated against curvy, broken.
Bamboo material is collected from forest and well treated against insect with traditional or modern method. Then all the material is put in low humidity area to avoid curvy & broken when it come to low humidity market. With this bamboo, our skillful workers start making products following specific samples. Quality control is done strictly to choose the best one for the lacquer production line. In some cases, we use both MDF & bamboo to have best one.
